If internet is not available, who’s your first go-to when you have uncertainties about anything?

My mom is the first go-to person whenever I have any uncertainties in life, be it small or big. Mothers will always be mothers. She's the person I trust the most and I know won't betray me in any way. I am most confident that she will not give me an advice that would harm me and my children.
