Hello po, baka po pwede nyo po ako matulungan, may gestational diabetes daw po ako. Yan po yung sabi sa dietary, pero sabi ng OB ko po bawal daw po ako sa fruits kaai matamis po, im confused now. Pa help na rin po ano ano pwede kong kainin base po sa pic. Thanks po
