I see. It's totally normal sis. No worries. That is why OBGYN does not encourage to do first scanning at 8 weeks and below. There is high possibility to see nothing (depends on individual menstrual cycle). Suggested first scan to be done at 8 weeks and above unless you're having spotting/bleeding or severe cramping. I believe your doctor has given a follow up date. No worries okay
