if the child is illegitimate and was not acknowledge by the father... does the child has the right to receive support to his father? what are the rights of a child who does not acknowledge by the father..

Kung sa rights, may rights naman talaga ang bata na tustusan ng ama. Lalo't alam ng father na siya talaga ang ama. Pero kung una pa lang inayawan nya na ang bata, you can't force him to support the child. Yang ganyan kasi ayaw ng responsibilidad. Kaya inaayawan nila. Kaya kung una pa lang ayaw na magbigay, let him be. Wag mo ipakita sa kanya ang bata. Time will come he will regret what he did.
