And also my concern is the parking space sa condo bibilhin mo pati yun. So i thought of renting nalang a house near to my son's future school by august.

Gusto ko din sana condo but hubby told me we still had to pay extra like parking and monthly dues aside from the monthly payment for the unit itself so di daw practical. I agree w/mommy karraminah, look for a neighborhood na safe for your kid and ung convenient din para sa inyo.

Mas mahal talaga ang condo bukod kase sa unit, sabi mo nga may parking pa na kailangan bayaran. Try mo mag hanap ng town houses, mas affordable sya at may kasama ng parking. Mag allot ka lang ng 20% standard DP.

We used to rent then we loaned a townhouse. Medyo madugo nga lang yung DP talaga. In case naman na gusto na namin umuwi ng probinsya kase may bahay din kami doon, ipapa-rent namin itong nasa Manila.

Kami rent lang din. We like the freedom to be able to just leave if necessary. If you own property tapos you need to leave, ang hirap i-liquidate. Hindi naman ganon kadali makabenta ng property.

Ok naman magrent pa din ng bahay piliin mo na lang din ung lugar escpecially if you have kids kung ok ung neighborhood, mahal talaga condo pero ung convenience na mabibigay worth it naman

Mas ok kahit rent to own na bahay talaga kasi mas maaliwalas at may sarili ka pa garden.Sayang din kasi ung monthly fee ng bahay niyo

Try mo din magcompare ng price ma y mga for rent na din na condo ngayon atleast pag condo kasi may facilities and 24/7 ang security
