Is it best to save for a condo unit or a brand new house? What is advisable for my future family?

Brand new house may parking na at hinde mona need bumili ng parking lot unlike sa condo.. Then mas malaki ang space at pwede ka magtanim ng Plants, at may Playground para sa Future kids po niyo. Or pwede po Residential Lot only at kayo ang magpagawa sarili niyong design ng bahay para hinde kayo pareho ng neighbor po ninyo. Meron po kaming House and lot, Residential Lot, and Commercial Lot. I agree with Mikaela. My hubby actually thought of investing in getting a condo but I opposed to it as it is still better to get a house. Condo is very limiting. If we have our own house and lot, we can renovate it the way we want to and even expand it say we wanted to add another floor/s.

Personally, we prefer to have our own house instead of a condo unit. Spacious condo units are relatively higher-priced and with a budget of, say, 7 million, you can already get a house big enough for your family. This doesn't include parking space which may even amount to a million.

Spacious condos are very expensive, and you also have to buy your parking space. We opted to buy a house because we can have more floor area with the budget thay we have, plus a garage. We can also do house extensions in case we need additional rooms in the future.

Brand new house definitely. Pag condo unit kasi, usually 50 yrs lang ang tinatagal ng mga condo buildings. Plus pag sarili mong bahay, you can choose the interior and everything. Anyways, I hope you have decided na po depending on what's best for your family 😉

For me brand new house. Magagawa mo lht ng gusto mo pag bhay binili mo. Plus u can choose kng gaano kalaki at design ng bhy ndi tulad ng condo masikip na I think 50 years lng yta un contract non atleast pg bhy pwede mo ipamana sa kids mo..

Kung sa accessibility po at sa City kau ngwowork go for condominium. For conviniece at iwas traffic. Pero if mtyaga naman po kau mgdrive or willing mgcommute go for house po. For starting families na nasa city condo po.

Brand new house sis. For me lang kasi I don't find it ideal to raise my child in a condo. Mas maganda pa din bahay talaga.

For family brand new house is best for me. Lalo na yung my lupa n pwde mo maging garden..
