7 months LO vomitting after coughing

Any idea how can i relieve this for my LO? Went to see doc but no issue on this. Whenever he start to cough,he will vomit out either clear water or milk. Runny nose already recovered. Been 3 days already

It cannot be helped cause LO is too young to know how to clear his throat. So will vomit instead. Will only learn this skill after 2-3yo maybe.
