Poop remedies

Any idea on how to deal with babies having a hard time pooping? Besides the traditional old generation oil that was use on us when we were babies?

1 month old shouldn't have hard time pooping. If u r breastfeeding baby pooping should be easy. If u r breastfeeding eat more fish, vege n soup. If formula then dilute the milk. 1 month old better dun feed solid food. Otherwise consult doctor the best. Dun let baby dun poop so many days.

How old is your baby? I give fibre-rich food to my baby like yogurt, peas, apple. And water.

    No prune juice for 1 month old baby. How do u determine that she is constipated? Some babies at 1 month may not necessarily poop daily.
