i like frisomum personally. But you can go to all the maternal milk companies website to request for sample. Try everything out =p There's Similac Mum, enfamama, anmum, mamil, etc

You can try to Google for maternity milk and get samples from the various brands. Similac, Nestle Mom & Me and Promama are very generous with their samples.
