buat exercise kerap sis.. mcm morning walk ke.. tak pun bykkan gerak kaki utk make sure darah lancar..

yup sis.. awl2 pregnant lg sy dah kerap kejang kaki time tido.. waktu tu mmg tgh malas, byk baring, tido.. cerita pd nurse, nurse suggestkan mcm tu.. cuma know your limit. kalau mmg pnt, stop, rehat, tak pyh paksa diri.
