Brown discharge

I went to private clinic to confirm pregnancy at 5 w. At 7 w, i went to gov clinic and doc said i am at 4 w 5 d. Today at 8 w/5w 5 d, i have brown discharge, so little that i can see when i wipe my vagina. Am i having MC or is that normal. I have irregullar period. My period is absent for 4 months before positive upt.
