WIN-AQUEOUS CREAM

So I went to the doctor at clinic today. Asked for something cream or whatever to make the vaginal tear/stitch to get better fast. & the clinic prescribed me this? How to apply this exactly?

if possible, just clean with lukewarm water only. that cream is a soap substitute, use that only when needed. it only provide moisture & doesn't hv healing properties
