Does food allergy affect baby during pregnancy?

I am at my week 31. So today I was eating Petai (beans) over dinner and out of sudden my tongue stings follow by kept sneezing and coughing...I could feel my throat was swelling. Quickly gulp lots of water and feel completely fine after 3-5mins. Now I don’t feel sick or anything odd but will it hurt my baby?
