Is this the right decision?

I was told that my blood sugar is borderline to being diabetic, kaya i need to lower my carbs intake. I bought these in exchange for white rice. Tama kaya assumption ko na I would have lower carbs intake if I eat these instead of rice? Sabi kasi eating food made of whole wheat/grain has lower carbs than white rice and di ko gusto nung original quaker oats kaya I preferred to buy these.

Is this the right decision?

Pwede nyo po i try kung mag ok ang blood sugar mo dyan. Yung rolled oats di ok s akin nag spike ang blood sugar ko. Whole grain bread at brown rice (3 kutsara sa tanghali) no rice s gabi na ako. Protein shake na snack ko after dinner.

Yung flavored oats po mejo mataas pa din yung sugar content. Try mo yung rolled whole oats tapos halo mo nalang sa cereals mo with fruits para masatisfy yung sweet tooth mo.

try nyo po brown rice. i think yang quaker medyo mtamis dn po.. bka mtaas ang sugar content

Rolled oats po dapat. Masarap rolled oats . Wheat bread hindi po yan healthy

Check mo yung nutritionl label kung less ang calorie sa rice
