almost lost my baby due to lack of sleep

I was thrilled about the impending arrival of my first baby. But as my due date drew near, I found myself tossing and turning in bed, unable to get comfortable with my growing belly. Despite feeling exhausted, sleep seemed to elude me night after night. I worried about the impact of my sleeplessness on my baby's health. Each morning, I felt more fatigued and irritable. Seeking reassurance, I confided in my doctor, who emphasized the importance of sleep for both me and my baby. Despite trying different pillows and relaxation techniques, my sleep troubles persisted. One fateful night, I felt a sudden pain in my stomach and rushed to the hospital with my husband by my side. The doctors explained that my lack of sleep had contributed to early labor. Thankfully, my baby boy, Ethan, arrived safely. Holding him in my arms, I realized the importance of taking care of myself for the sake of my family. With the support of my loved ones, I resolved to find ways to get the rest I needed for both me and my precious baby.
