I was worried because I don't have a morning sickness and I also have a period

I was 6 weeks pregnant turning 7 weeks this week , but I don't feel morning sickness , i also got my period even if I was pregnant. I was worried if I lost my baby or it just part of being a pregnant. I was a first time mom

You shouldn’t have your menstrual period during pregnancy, if you’re confirmed pregnant and bleeding you should go to the ER ASAP. Better contact your OB too. Be safe always.
