Pimples On Vagina

Hi I was 20 weeks when I noticed pimples on the lips of my privates. I did squeeze one and it bled so much that I thought I had to go A&E. Now still have 1 inside the lips and 1 outside. Should I be concern? All my test results came back negative for STI /STD.
