Seeing bumps/lumps on my vag. Lips 😔

27 weeks pregnant here. Yesterday night i found something like lumps or bumps dont know exactly on my vagina lips/not inside. I dont have any discharge and its not that itchy but im feeling like heavy down there. Anyway im not sexually active. Did anyone experience this before? Im quite worried now. Seeing my ob this coming monday. Pray for me mommies!
