Eat orange everyday.

Hi, i want to ask can i eat orange (sunkist) everyday ? My morning sickness is too bad. 5 minutes after eating everything is out. To avoid from vomit i take fruit. #9weeks ?

I also have serious morning sickness. what I do is I make a tomato soup with mihun. no use of oil. don't eat the oil thing, get ready for a biscuit or toast for yourself. For me, if the Sunkist u can eat and not vomit, just eat. eat whatever u can eat. Cox if vomit nothing comes out to vomit will make u feel more suffering.
