Hi gais, i want to ask about the preeclampsia. Is it dangerous for baby ? Does anyone have experience about this ?I never knew about this. Feel down and scared if anything happen. ?? #first baby #20weeks

Eat orange everyday.

Hi, i want to ask can i eat orange (sunkist) everyday ? My morning sickness is too bad. 5 minutes after eating everything is out. To avoid from vomit i take fruit. #9weeks ?

Yes it is good for your but sadly for me i cant take it everyday and i have to replace with other fruits that contains vit c. Sunkiss orange typically makes me diarrhoea and guess im allergic to other acidic food. Once i take similar food be it tom yam, tomato, pasta red sauce etc, i end up in and out of the toilet due to diarrhoea the whole day. But if you dont have any problem, keep on going !
