UTI

Hi, I just wanna ask. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and has UTI. My OB said I need to have antibiotics since I've been experiencing menstrual cramps and spotting. Is it okay? I'm almost done with the antibiotics but I felt like my boobs doesn't swell that much anymore. It's been 3 days since I felt na nag swollen na naman boobs ko.
