I've had an ultrasound at 7 weeks where I thought I was 5 weeks pregnant, recently when I had another ultrasound is 2 and a half week ahead. The ultrasound at the public hospital says I'm 13w6 today whereas the private doctor's ultrasound says I'm 15w1d. How can one make sense of this?
