trimming of nails

i trim my LO's nails using a baby nail cutter and then i file it after. i thought this was enough but still i see some red slash marks on my LO's face. any suggestions on the matter?

Mommy try mo yung babygoal na nail file ganyan din problem ko, so far yun lang ang nakasolve sa problem ko hehe
