38 weeks 4 days pregnant

I think I'm already having contractions but its still tolerable should I go to the hospital now ? Or wait for my water to break? Or release a bloody discharge ?

hi. please continue to monitor your symptoms. make sure to communicate with your OB. need ka rin i check if your cervix is dillating and effacing na. please also monitor you LO's movement. try not to be stressed kasi baka mastress din si baby sa loob at ma poops siya which you don't want to happen. hope you deliver safe and easy.
