Trip and fall

Well. I sprain my ankle and fall on my knee and i am 16 weeks pregnant. I was crying my 8 month to the bed and slipped on a mat. Do you think something can happened? I am a worried mama. But i called in the gynae ???? And they saidnit shouldnt be an issue if there is no bleeding?

As long as you didn't smack the tummy hard somewhere baby should be fine. But take care!

Anything and nothing can happen. Any pain, discomfort, cramp, nausea, bleeding, etc?

If there is nothing discomforting and no bleeding then it should be fine

Pls monitor!!! Anything odd Shd go to gynae immediately
