Had A Fall & Back Hit A Ladder On My Back

Last night i had a fall and my back hit a ladder.. at first i am having tummy pain and it goes off but no bleeding.. now in d morning my tummy is cramp, no bleeding too.. should i just rest and lay down on bed or go to a&e hospital or normal clinic..?

Oh my please do be careful mummy! I will suggest you to go to the hospital to have a check since they have your record there so it's easier.
