Hi, I am six months pregnant and I only gained 1 kilo since the start of my pregnancy.. 55 kgs (or 54 kamo na) ako bago ako nagbuntis and yet nung Saturday tinimbang ako and I only weighed 56 kg.. Is this normal?
If ok naman si baby nothing to worry about..😊
Basta hinay2 lang sa carbs.. Ako siguro I need to add a little bit more of carbs to my diet.. Hirap maging working mom!
