Your diet should ideally consist of whole grains, fruits, vegetables and lean protein. Go light on the saturated fat (for example, red meat and whole-milk dairy products) and aim for as few processed foods as possible. Just eat fully cooked food, do not eat raw food , eat less fried food, eat more veg, drink more water and drink low fat fresh milk for calcium , do not drink bubble tea or sweet drink

Might check w yr mum or mil for any pantang or food restriction..
