Hi... You know this is common problem that majority of women face. Even I went through days of rampant hairball for months. And I know it scares a bit. I think the first and most important thing is to take care of your diet. Have almonds on regular basis. Have lot of vegetables and fruits. Also, you can try putting coconut oil with kadhi patta2leaves in it. Put the coconut oil in a pan and and then add kadhi patta in it. Let the leaves turn brown. And then let the oil cool and apply the oil. Take the leaves out. It works a great deal.

I know, it happens to everybody and guess what it will fall even more after your next delivery. I had so much hair earlier, now I treasure every strand of hair left :p. An iron rich diet and good sleep really helps I feel.
