I like to watch hindi movies but my wife likes English ones, which is why we do not go for a movie together. What should we do?

I think if you people will sit through each other's movies none of you will faint. Since, you are married you guys understand the fact that marriage is majorly about adjusting. So, in your case, you both can go for movies having turns with the choice of movies. One week, you adjust and go to movie of your wife's choice and next time she can accompany you to a movie of your choice. You people should not forget that going to see a movie also gets you people together. You two get to spend time together and that also adds upto many little funny things you do and see during those intervals, drive to the theatre and stops at red-lights. So, if you guys love to spend time with each other, you both can give in to each other's choices when need be. And you never know, you start liking each other's cinema, and if not that, dozing in the theatre is altogether a different feeling.

come on...just go... if you keep thinking like this both of you will never be able to watch a movie together.. there are so many times when i end up going for animated movies with hubby and my kids, even though i hate hate hate them...sometimes i easily doze off, other times i try to watch and understand what makes them so much fun for others. in any case, i guess you both could just go with each other and be there, and even if you do not like the movie, just cuddle and hug and stay around :)

same thng vth us...but i like hindi n my hubby likws english movies..we dnt go to theatre alwaz as we hav small baby of 2.5 yrs..so we prefer to see movie togethr on led at home only...n we watch lits of movies...sm times we watch hindi..n sm times english..whch i didnt likwd bfr..but now i also enjoy those...watch hindi n english turnwise...both of u will bcum habitual in watchng dm togethr..n will develop intrest in both..enjoy popcorbs n colddrinks vth movie..

i think you both should still go together to watch the movie that the other likes. okay, maybe not for all, but for a few... the best part is that you can still use the time as a nice together moment, eating popcorn and just being there.

Good movies appeal to everyone irrespective of the language.. show her some good hindi movies and reciprocate, make sure you ask her for recommendations for good english movies.. she will come around..

You both can go for Hindi and English movies together often. Maybe try to filter out topics of interest and go for such movies together. Language wont be a barrier if story is interesting
