Can I let my lo eat the food i eat? of course with less salt and seasoning but is soya sauce and oyster sauce ok? I've been giving her vanilla ice cream sometimes too.

I am full time working time, if I work from home and have free time, I will prepare her food, else she will be eating the same with us, she is currently 15 months, that's depends on our own comfort level, no matter what we give.
