Foods to avoid for healthy pregnancy
I know there are many foods we can still eat or drink during pregnancy (in moderation). What are the absolute NO-NOs?

Alcohol and raw food is a big nono! I also avoid high mercury fish, pineapple, steak that are not well done, bbt (I love it but only drink about 3 times throughout my pregnancy - my gynae said to avoid pearls as it has high sugar content) and coconut. I only started drinking coconut juice/drink on my 38 week of pregnancy.
