Foods to avoid for healthy pregnancy

I know there are many foods we can still eat or drink during pregnancy (in moderation). What are the absolute NO-NOs?

I’m reading a great book called Expect Better by Emily Oster (you can buy it in the book store at Takashimaya) and she is an economist who demystifies recommendations about coffee and alcohol and gives you the economical data that basically says a few glasses of wine a week is ok in the second trimester and 2-3 cups of coffee a day is fine. It’s a great book to calm you down about all these strict cut backs. Salami and raw food etc is definitely a no no from her side though
