Any safe antibiotics for UTI for pregnant women?

I know that UTI is very common to pregnant women and I am one of those. Before getting pregnant, UTI is my main common problem, since I am having hard time drinking too much water since it makes me feel bloated easily. I even had a fever last night because of my UTI aside from having a terrible sore throat or tonsilitis. HELP ???

If prescribed po sya ng OB mo, nothing to worry. Trust her. before, nagdoubt din ako pero she said di naman nya ibibigay yun kung makakasama sa amin ni baby. nagkasabay din UTI at sorethroat ko. no choice ako , need ko magtake ng medicine.
