Not enough rest as a new mother

I know it can be a bit silly to ask but i just would like some reassurance.. Is it normal to not have proper sleep and rest with a newborn? 😢 No helper around to help with housework. Exclusive pumping and washing of milk bottles and feeding baby are enough to tire me out...

YES! totally relatable. I did exclusive pumping as well; and the theory of “When baby sleeps, mummy sleeps” is somehow not applicable to me when i got to pump every 2-3 hrs. lolol. Hang in there mummy! It will all be better once your LO sleeps for longer stretch or sleeps thru! xoxo
