Not enough rest as a new mother

I know it can be a bit silly to ask but i just would like some reassurance.. Is it normal to not have proper sleep and rest with a newborn? 😢 No helper around to help with housework. Exclusive pumping and washing of milk bottles and feeding baby are enough to tire me out...

ls it possible to get your husband to help in the household chores and change diaper especially at night? That's what I did so that my wife can have more rest. If not, maybe engage a part time helper to help in the household chores.
