I am in third month , can't eat the sufficient nutrients because of nausea , and not gaining weight , what to do

Please don’t worry about gaining weight this is just your first trimester in 3rd trimester u will gain a lot and I hope u won’t gain a lot bcz it’s very tough to lose weight post pregnancy

don't worry i lost weight on my first trimester becouse of nausea and not able to eat ...but after Frist trimester everything was fine
