Is it a must to drink milk as part of daily diet?

I am in my 2nd trimester. I do not like to drink milk. Is this ok?

I never drink cows milk either. Initially i have aversions to it but later on i just don't like the smell n taste of it. Goat milk is also out. For me i take chiaseeds, avocado, soya milk n almond milk as alternative. I do have calcium supplements n multivits daily too.

Tt's totally fine! I didn't drink any throughout my pregnancy as I hated milk too. I drank soy milk occasionally. Baby is still healthy and tall, 55cm at 38 wks birth and i'm a short 5 feet mama. Just take ur supplements inc calcium pills regularly and a balanced diet.

I didn’t drink much too. Hate the formula milk. I did drink more soya milk instead

it's okie. just make sure you have enough nutrients to supply your body and baby

That’s fine. You can have your multivitamins and nutrients from other sources

If you dont like to drink milk you can drink soya bean milk or almond milk
