Chicken essence during pregnancy?

Is it ok to drink Brands chicken essence during pregnancy? As I'm not sure about the herbal health effect. And what is the frequency you would recommend to drink? (Daily or a few times a week etc) I'm in my second trimester. Heard that once stablise after first trimester ok to drink

Me too drinking chicken essence hubby got me this with a logo saying safE for pregnancy consumption maybe u can look out for that or ask gynae
