Frustrated

I just hoping I'm pregnant this month after noticed im haven't period for 7 weeks. Upt always negative. And today I've been to see the doctor and scan there is no sac on my womb. This is really frustrating me. Going back with heartbroken and norcolut is prescribed. ?
