Stress mode

I have a very good Darjeeling helper (Nepal). She is taking care of my 10 years old and was willing to take care of my newborn also. I will due in Jan20. Unfortunately her mum has passed away and there is no one to take care of her daughter. Now she wants to go back. I started looking for new helper but many don't want when come to taking care of new born..I am very stress.
