For me, I have an open communication with my kids' pediatrician. My kids both have baby books with immunization schedule to record all the vaccines needed and given. I am so grateful because our pediatrician is just a text a way and she literally goes the extra mile to vaccinate my kids at home. It is also an option to coordinate with baranggay health centers so that our kids can be given free and accessible vaccines.
