Period after miscarriage

I have natural miscarriage on 10 week on 7/5. The blodod stop on 14/5. And soctor advise me to eat folic acid for 3 month. Period came back on 9/6 and it was brown at first slowly on 20/6 it become normal heavy bleeding with small clot. Till now it is still heavy and not over yet. Is it nomal?

Have you seen a dr? I had a natural miscarriage too but my menses came back normal. Might still have balance inside so need to clear out. Best to see a dr to check.

When i have miscarriage on 7/5 when to check with doctor and they say it is all clear nothing left.
