I have heard that there quite a few herbs that help increase the milk production in lactating mothers? Has anyone used them?

Fenugreek is a very popular herb which is said to increase breastmilk supply. I didn't take fenugreek because I am an oversupplier. Only frequent nursing or pumping will guarantee a boost in supply. http://sg.theasianparent.com/boost-milk-supply-with-fenugreek/ https://herblore.com/overviews/list-of-galactagogues-herbs-that-increase-breastmilk-production
