Yolk sac measurements

I just have my check up for today, so I had my transv ultrasound yesterday, and my OB was shocked when she saw my yolk sac measured 0.62 cm, I don't have any information about having a big yolk sac and what are the implications on this. Please share something to me. Thank you all

Your OB must've proper explanation about the findings on your TVS para di ka sana nagwoworry.
