am i having a baby?

im just worried.my obe advise me to have trans v ultrasound. last feb 4.im 5 weeks 3 days pregnant.based on the result there is single intrauterine sac with a yolk sac but no embryo yet. she suggests for follow up after 2 weeks to reassess my preg status.
