pls enlighten me

I have a 3 mos 28 days baby boy. Is it usual or unusual to feel (mother's instinct) that your baby is not yours? Nothing resembles me or my husband either. I have noticeable fair skin while the husband is a bit fair skinned and we both have slightly pointed nose while the baby is Moreno and apparently flat nose. Even those who have seen our baby would ask 'sino ba ang kamukha?' I have birth to him via Emergency Cs coz his heart rate went down until it became zero or no heartbeat due to cord coil. My husband wasn't there during the operation. Is it possible that there is baby swapping at the hospital NICU? At first glance to my little one ( he was delivered by a nurse to our hospital room ) I was super happy because he is alive despite of what happened, but there was no 'lukso ng dugo' is it wrong for me to feel that? I am really confused pls enlighten me, tell me what to do?

Go for dna testing. Baby swapping is possible in rare cases.
