I have a 2 months old son. He barely sleeps on his own during daytime. He would fall asleep in my chest and if he's drinking milk but Whenever i put him in the crib he would wake up and kapag empty na bottle nya he would wake up too then papakarga until he would fall asleep again. Any advice?

It's very normal especially that your baby is just 2 months old. You can't expect him to sleep on his own yet. You have to make sure that he's already sleeping soundly before you put him to bed, otherwise, talagang magigising ulit yan. You can stay by his side for a few more minutes after you have put him down until you see that he's in deep slumber.
