Implantation bleeding ba ito?

I had my last period on sept. 26-oct. 1 then on oct. 5 I gave my boyf a blowjob and he ejaculated in my mouth and I swallowed it after a minute or so I put a condom on his dick using my mouth and he inserted for like 8 times inside me but didn't cum. After 4 days I started to feel nauseous, breast sore, little lower abdomen pain for about a week and 5 days which ended on october 21 then I noticed spots of brown then it got more on October 22 and on the afternoon of october 22 I started to notice red blood then today October 23 the blood flow is not that really heavy, don't have clots and cramps compared to my last period ( I usually have heavy period and painful cramps) So I inserted my finger and the blood looks like this (pic below) could this implantation bleeding? pls answer I'm really scared right now...
