Second Opinion

I just had my check up and the ultrasound shows na wala nang heartbeat si baby. ? 13weeks and 6days pregnant na ako. Is there any chance na nagkamali yung sono? Can I have a second opinion from other OB or have another ultrasound? ? I feel so helpless right now.
